Final Reports
Carolyn Foundation no longer requires final reports for one-year responsive grants. If/when your organization applies for future funding from Carolyn Foundation, we may request follow-ups related to this grant award, which could include evaluation site visits and/or interim narrative and financial reports.
If you had a report due in our online grants management system for a one-year grant, it has been removed from your dashboard, and is no longer required.
